The following rules are set by Shaiya Legacy and is permitted to be followed. Should a player choose to refuse said rules, punishment will be dealt accordingly. By creating an account, you thereby agree to these terms of services.

General Rules:

Respect eachother, trash talk is allowed, however don't be a complete asswipe, or action may be taken. Don't push the limits.
Kill Stealing (Only on mobs) is allowed, and you can not claim spots.
Kill Stealing on Bosses is not allowed, unless it is the opposite faction. Main PvE bosses such as Fantasma and Cloron dragon must be 1 raid only.
Real Money Trading is not allowed, any form of buying/selling/trading that involves an outside form of payment is considered a Real Money Trade and will not be tolerated here.
Bot Farming- Any form of third part software used to farm while you are not physically at your computer is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, if you can not respond to a Game Master who suspects you as a bot, you will be punished.
USING ANY FORM OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE TO GAIN A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN PVP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, IF FOUND USING ANY CHEATS YOU WILL BE BANNED.
Stat padding is strictly prohibited, if caught you will have your kills reset to 0 and be banned for SEVEN days, any attempt after this will result in a PERMANENT ban of the users account(s)

Boss & PvP Rules:

If a player is found AFK exceeding a time of TWO minutes, the raid leader may kick them from the raid no questions asked
Following up on the above rule, if the player is AFK during a BOSS HUNT longer than ONE minute, the raid leader may kick them from the raid, no questions asked.
In boss fights the raid leader may NOT close the raid until the boss has been dropped below 30% of its health bar.
Self Explanatory- Leader gaining isn't allowed.
You may not go to bosses when it is event time- Meaning, If raids are already created for an event and you see that a boss has spawned YOU MAY NOT GO TO THAT BOSS.
Mini Bosses in DD1 and Jungle MUST HAVE AN OPEN RAID!!!
Killing behind guards is allowed UNLESS an event host says not to. IF THE EVENT HOST SAYS NOT TO KILL BEHIND GUARDS BECAUSE OF A REGROUP, AND YOU STILL KILL, YOU WILL BE JAILED UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT.
YOU MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES KILL SITTERS UNLESS THE EVENT HOST TELLS YOU TO DO SO. THIS MUST BE IN "Notice" Form, and if it is NOT, you are NOT permitted to kill a sitter
During events staff members have every right to kill you or kick you if you violate any of the rules regarding events. Should you decide that you want to continue violating these rules after a kill and a kick, the staff member has every right to ban you.

Sitter Rules:

Absolutely no leeching on hills is allowed, anyone found will be punished.
If a sitter is PvPing when they are not supposed to be on the battlefield, they will be punished.
If the main raid is calliing for players to fill, you should fill. If you do not, event hosts have every right to wipe sitters.

Respect Staff Members:

Respect all staff members, regardless of position. Our staff is here to help you and will make every effort to help you when they can, any form of flaming staff members will be met with a warning, followed by additional punishments for additional offenses.
If you have a problem with a staff member and believe that you have been treated unfairly or have any form of concerns regarding staff, do NOT try to flame them in trade chat or discord. Go to an ADMINISTRATOR and report the staff member, we take all reports seriously, and will take action if we see fit. [HAVE YOUR EVIDENCE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU ARE REPORTING A STAFF MEMBER]
We aim to provide a professional staff environment, where everything will be dealt with in a civil matter no matter the situation

Final Thoughts:

Just because we may have missed something here does not mean that you can use it as a loophole, If a staff member tells you to stop doing something, just stop doing it. The staff team has every right to take action on your account with justified reason.
All accounts belong to the owners of Shaiya Legacy, and are subject to suspension and termination due to violations of any of the rules stated within, or by administrator discretion.
Lastly, we want to provide a home for players and hope that players will also look to call Shaiya Legacy their home even if they take a break or can't play for a time.
